This project was an album cover design for a friend, a small music artist, who wanted something simple, elegant, and classy. To achieve this, I paired a script font with a serif, creating a refined and sophisticated look. A soft glow around the elements symbolizes the feeling of gradually shining brighter, representing the beginning of something new. I also used cream-colored text to ensure contrast against the background while maintaining readability.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was the tight deadline, with only about a week or less to complete the design. However, the process remained smooth since the client had a clear vision of what she wanted, allowing for efficient execution.
In the end, the design successfully captured the elegance and simplicity she envisioned, making it a meaningful representation of her music.
